DANGEROUS SCRAMBLER BIKE

Hello Resident

I am messaging you appealing for any information at all that you may have.  Did you travel through Chorley Town Centre between 12 and 3pm yesterday?

If so did you see

The bike described was being ridden dangerously between chorley Hospital through to Morrisons roundabout whilst attempting to goad cars to chase it, including police cars.  

The rider is causing a serious danger to the public, the police and himself.

ANY INFORMATION no matter how small could help us identify this person.
